Healthcare and Biopharma Founders

Founders usually come to us when something is coming up and they would rather not get it wrong.

A readout on the way. A decision about which regulatory route to take. A licensing conversation starting. A raise where the money is going to judge the science rather than the story.

Founders

The same moment, outside healthcare.

Raising from a fund for the first time. Someone wanting to buy in, or buy the whole thing. Moving into a market that has regulators in it. Each sector we work in is led by someone who has spent a career in it.

Researchers, Scientists and Clinicians

Not every breakthrough becomes a company.

Some become patents. Some become licensed technologies. Some improve standards of care. Who owns the intellectual property, what you have already published, and what your technology transfer office will want in return are all decided before any money arrives. We will tell you which path your work is on, and we will say so plainly when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Deep Tech

Most researchers assume they need to register a company before anyone will fund them. Usually you do not.

We work out whether the technology is better suited to licensing, venture creation or a strategic partnership, and what the next funding step actually is, including whether it needs to be equity at all.

Send us a short note about yourself, where you have got to, and the decision in front of you. A paragraph is plenty. Then schedule a conversation and we will take it from there.
